This was posted on my blog back in 09 when I first started this site, but hardly anyone was looking at my blog back then, so I have gone thru and reposted a few. If you see something posted twice, thats why. There are a lot of great posts in my archives ,so at times when I am unable to post new stuff, that would be a good place to look.
